1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pak Web Global website, you agree to use it lawfully and to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
These website terms are general terms. A written proposal, statement of work, order, or separate client agreement may contain additional terms that apply to a particular project or service. Where there is a conflict, the applicable project agreement will govern that project.

- E-commerce and WooCommerce development.
- Search engine optimization and related recommendations.

4. Use of Website
You may use the website for lawful information and business purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, copy content in a way that infringes rights, impersonate another person or organization, or use the website to violate applicable law.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our systems, users, or third parties.
5. Project Requirements and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently complete information, content, brand materials, approvals, access credentials, product information, and other inputs needed for the agreed work.
Clients should ensure that they have the right to provide and use any material supplied to Pak Web Global. Delays in providing information, access, feedback, or approvals may affect the project timeline.
We may rely on the accuracy of client-provided information unless the applicable agreement says otherwise.
6. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared. The final scope, pricing, deposits, milestones, taxes where applicable, payment dates, and late-payment terms are determined by the applicable proposal or written agreement.
Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or written approval before it begins. Third-party costs, such as domains, hosting, plugins, themes, licenses, advertising spend, or payment provider charges, are separate unless expressly included.
7. Revisions and Approvals
The applicable project agreement may describe the review and revision process. Clients should provide consolidated, specific feedback within the agreed review period.
A change to an approved direction, a new requirement, or a request outside the original scope may be treated as additional work. Once a deliverable is approved or put into public use, later changes may require additional time or fees unless the agreement provides otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
Client-provided materials remain the responsibility of the client, including the client’s logos, photographs, copy, product information, and other assets. The client must have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for materials it supplies.
Third-party assets, software, plugins, themes, fonts, stock content, APIs, and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Unless a project agreement states otherwise, rights in original work created by Pak Web Global transfer or become available for the client’s agreed use only after the applicable payments have been made.
Pak Web Global retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable methods, know-how, templates, and components that are not created exclusively for the client.
9. Third-Party Services
A project may depend on third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, WordPress plugins, themes, APIs, payment providers, email services, social platforms, or analytics tools.
Those services are governed by their own terms, fees, privacy practices, technical limits, and availability. We can help configure or integrate third-party services where agreed, but we do not control their policies, outages, price changes, account decisions, or future compatibility.
10. Website Availability
We aim to deliver reliable services and support, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Websites may be affected by hosting failures, DNS issues, security events, software updates, third-party outages, internet conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. SEO and Marketing Disclaimer
SEO and marketing involve ongoing work, changing algorithms, market conditions, audience behavior, competition, content quality, and third-party platforms.
Pak Web Global does not guarantee a particular search ranking, traffic level, lead volume, sales result, or business outcome.
Recommendations and reports are based on information and tools reasonably available at the time. The client remains responsible for business decisions, claims about its products or services, and compliance with laws or platform rules that apply to its marketing.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Web Global will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use, third-party services, delayed inputs, unauthorized changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any liability connected to a paid project is subject to the applicable project agreement and applicable law.
13. Suspension or Termination
Subject to the applicable agreement and law, services or access may be suspended or terminated where there is non-payment, a serious breach of these terms or a project agreement, misuse of systems, unlawful activity, security risk, or a request to stop the work.
On termination, the parties should address outstanding payments, client materials, access, deliverables, licenses, and any transition work according to the applicable agreement.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our website, services, processes, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
The terms that apply to a particular project are the terms agreed for that project.
15. Governing Law
These terms are intended to be interpreted under the applicable laws relevant to the relationship and the services provided.
Any dispute should first be discussed in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may refer it to a competent court or other forum with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any applicable written agreement and mandatory law.
